Meet Your Experienced Carlsbad Dental Team
Dee, Treatment Coordinator
Dee has over 25 years of experience in the dental field! She genuinely enjoys helping patients get what they want and need so they can have a phenomenal experience while preserving their oral health and beautiful smiles. She completed her studies at Western International University and is a certified OMS assistant.
Originally from San Diego, Dee is a mother of two and a grandmother of three. When she isn’t with our team, she loves skiing, golfing, hiking, traveling, and reading!
Natasha, Treatment Coordinator
Natasha joined our team in April 2024 as one of our Treatment Coordinators. With over 16 years of experience in the dental field, Natasha began her journey in 2008 as a Dental Assistant before transitioning to a front office administrator role. Natasha’s commitment to patient care is matched only by her enthusiasm for creating comfortable, stress-free experiences.
Outside the office, Natasha embraces an active lifestyle with her two young children in Oceanside, where they enjoy outdoor activities and visits to amusement parks. Whether hiking scenic trails or hitting the golf course, Natasha values quality time spent with family and friends.
She thrives in our office environment, appreciating the camaraderie and light-hearted atmosphere fostered by Dr. Addy and the team. Natasha’s dedication to patient education and her warm, approachable demeanor make her an invaluable asset to our practice.
Brittany, Registered Dental Hygienist
Brittany’s career in the dental world spans over five years now. She studied at the University of Southern California and is also certified in laser dentistry! Today, what she loves most about her work is being able to build relationships with patients while also helping them improve their oral and overall health.
Brittany is close with her parents and younger brother. She’s also planning to marry her wonderful fiancé in fall of 2022! As for hobbies, she enjoys hiking, doing yoga, traveling, going to concerts, watching reality TV (it’s her guilty pleasure), and spending plenty of quality time with loved ones on the weekends and holidays.
Ella, Registered Dental Hygienist
Ella studied at Arizona State University before attending dental hygiene school at Carrington College. Since joining our team in 2019, her favorite aspect of her job is connecting with patients and getting to know them while improving their oral health and confidence.
Outside the office, Ella enjoys ceramics as one of her creative outlets. She also enjoys quality time with friends, surfing, and being outdoors any chance she gets.
Andrea, Registered Dental Assistant
Andrea received her assistant training from the Riverside County of Education and is also certified in CPR. Today, her career in the dental field spans over eight years and counting. She really enjoys working alongside such a supportive, friendly team each day at Carlsbad Beach Dental, Drew Addy DDS. Being so close to the coast is a big plus as well!
At home, Andrea has a fiancé named Jose and a son named Javier. Whenever she’s not busy at work, her hobbies include spending quality time with loved ones, taking her son to the beach, exploring new restaurants, and going on road trips. She’s also a very crafty person and loves planning parties.
Carolina, Dental Assistant
Carolina enjoys helping patients of all walks of life with different dental health needs while assisting Dr. Addy. She goes above and beyond to create a genuinely comfortable atmosphere for each new arrival!
Outside of work, Carolina has a beautiful family of four that includes two daughters and a wonderful husband. Together, they love exploring new places like beaches and parks, as well as traveling whenever they have the opportunity. Most of all, though, they simply love spending quality time together. As for personal hobbies, she enjoys surfing, hiking, running, and playing in the rain.
Darlene, Marketing Coordinator
Originally from Valley Center, Darlene studied at the University of Southern California for her dental hygiene degree. Today, she has been working in the oral healthcare field for over a decade! When it comes to what she likes most about her job, she’d have to pick being able to meet so many new people every day and getting to know the patients well over time.
Darlene is happily married to Dr. Addy, and they have a little son named Jackson together. Outside of the dental office, she loves traveling, going to the beach, exploring new parts of San Diego, doing mini triathlons, exploring new restaurants, spending quality time with her son, and cheering for the San Diego Padres. She also loves country music and considers herself a “country girl” at heart!
